The Missouri Tigers took on the Memphis Tigers for their homecoming game for the 2018 season.  They had a parade for the event and different things going on at the campus. The theme for the game was “Game On, Tiger Strong” and turned out to be a great outcome. If you attended the parade, you got there before 9:00 a.m. for an early start for homecoming. The Campus Decorations were put up in Greektown later that night and also there were family friendly skits featured during the decorations.

The Tigers had a win on the field to make homecoming 2018 even better. They beat Memphis 65-33 on Saturday, September 20th. Drew Lock was in the pocket as always. Lock had four touchdowns in the air and had 350 passing yards. He only had six incomplete passes on the night (23-29) when he went up against Memphis QB, Brady White, who had two touchdowns and two interceptions. White passed for 203 yards and went 15-37 going up against the Mizzou’s defense.  Another big name for the Tigers, Larry Rountree III, Mizzou’s go to for when they need to rush the ball, had three touchdowns and nine carries, with 118 yards.

Mizzou’s football program has a tough schedule, but with the big win over Memphis, the year is looking good for the Missouri Tigers.
